Newton Chambers Ltd, First aid test
In such a varied working environment which included heavy castings and light castings departments with overhead cranes, an internal rail network, overhead ropeways and coke ovens, accidents were always likely to happen. For this reason staff underwent short courses in first aid. Thankfully in this first aid test, the patient looks quite comfortable!
